365Black® Initiative

The McDonald’s® Men of McCafé Casting Call is a national search created by Burrell Engagement Marketing for the McDonald’s McCafé brand as an extension of the 365Black® Initiative. It was launched in September 2010 at the Atlanta Football Classic.

The Men of McCafé Casting Call was designed to identify and celebrate community service-oriented men between 18 – 34 years old who are “making a difference” in the African-American community.
