Ailine Tan has 18 years of global consumer marketing experience working on brands such as Rolex, Singapore Airlines, Spotify, IBM, Bank of America, Nestlé, Wayfair, Sony Pictures, Universal Studios, etc. She’s led multidisciplinary teams at creative agencies and in-house across account management, creative operations, project management, and production to produce creative and immersive campaigns and content. She has also provided counsel to C-suite clients and executive cross-functional leadership in various areas of dynamic marketing initiatives and internal organizational transformation (culture, change management, leadership effectiveness).

At Burrell, Ailine drives all areas of agency operations and refinement of the agency’s operating model to ultimately scale Burrell’s output for our clients.
